Abstract:

Concentrated growth factor (CGF) is a kind of platelet concentrate, which is a fibrin block rich in growth factors. CGF is prepared by blood samples with special centrifugal equipment, and has good plasticity and regeneration promotion ability. Growth factor can be used as a good scaffold matrix, which can attract undifferentiated mesenchymal cells to the corresponding sites, promoting angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Fibrin with three-dimensional reticular structure can improve the adherence of growth factors, white blood cells and fibroblasts to the protein surface, provide a matrix for cell proliferation and differentiation, and ultimately promote the repair of pulp tissue.

Key words: Concentrated growth factor, Immature permanent teeth, Periapical periodontitis, Regenerative endodontic therapy
