Massive cerebral infarction due to orbit apex syndrome in the first symptom of periapical: one case repotr

Abstract:

Many important structures adjacent to the teeth and jaws, and serious infections of these structures, which is even life-threatening, are usually caused by the periapical inflammation. We reported a case of massive cerebral infarction due to orbit apex syndrome, which was presented with periapical inflammation as the first symptom.
