The significance of HAase expression in Tca8113 cell

Objective

To evaluate the significance of HAase expression in Tca8113 cell.

Methods

The expression of HAase mRNAs and proteins of Tca8113 cell and normal human gingival epithelial cell were analysised by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RTPCR）， and Immunohistochemical staining， respectivly.

Results

HAase were mainly stained in cell plasms.The expression of HAase mRNA in Tca8113 cell was significantly higher than that of normal human gingival epithelial cell （P ＜0.05）.

Conclusion

The expression of HAase in cells is related to malignance.
