种植体周围软组织对于种植体的美观、功能和长期稳定性非常重要。研究表明,充足的角化龈宽度和软组织厚度能够减少种植体周围菌斑沉积,降低种植体周围炎的发生率,以及减少种植体边缘骨吸收。临床上可采用非手术方法维持软组织形态或进行软组织移植手术以达到增加软组织的目的。本文通过相关文献回顾,探讨种植体周围软组织的临床意义,总结软组织不足的原因,介绍防治方法等方面的研究进展,为解决临床种植中软组织不足问题提供决策依据与诊疗思路。

The peri-implant soft tissue barrier is critical to the esthetic, function, and long-term prognosis of the implants. Current studies have shown that adequate width of keratinized gingiva and sufficient mucosal thickness can reduce plaque accumulation, peri-implant inflammation occurrence, and marginal bone absorption. The volume of peri-implant soft tissues could be maintained by non-surgical treatments or enhanced via soft tissue augmentation surgery. In order to provide the evidence for clinical decision making and treatment planning, this article reviewed and discussed the clinical significance of peri-implant soft tissues, summarized the causes of soft tissue deficiency, and introduced the research progress of preventive methods and soft tissue augmentation techniques.
