目的

初步探讨不同表面形态的种植体与种植体周围炎发病的相关性,为进一步寻找一种更有利于种植义齿长期稳定性的种植体表面形态设计奠定基础。

方法

对2307 例(3652 枚)种植体进行追踪观察0.5 ~10 年,分析比较不同表面形态种植体之间种植体周围炎的发病率,考虑患者年龄、性别,种植体长度因素。

结果

发生种植体周围炎35 例,发生率0.96%。 其中负重前发生种植体周围炎26 例,负重后发生种植体周围炎9 例。 大颗粒喷砂酸蚀(SLA)表面、钛易耐(TiUnite)表面及可吸收性喷砂介质(RBM)表面形态的种植体其种植体周围炎发生率明显低于光滑表面形态的种植体,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.02)。 年龄和性别对于种植体周围炎发生率的影响差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.97,P=0.08)。 10 ~12 mm 种植体显示出了更高的种植体周围炎发生率。

结论

在可能的情况下,尽量选择粗糙表面形态的种植体;年龄、性别对种植体周围炎的发生无明显相关性;目前的研究并不能认为种植体的长度与种植体周围炎的发生具有相关性。

Objective

To investigate the relevance of peri-implantitis and different implant surfaces.

Methods

3652 dental implants were followed up for 6 months to 10 years. The relevance between peri-implantitis and different implant surfaces was analyzed. Factors such as ages, gender and implant length were also considered.

Results

Peri-implantitis were found in 35 implants, 26 occurred before loading and 9 occurred after loading, the overall incidence was 0.96%. The incidence of periimplantitis of smooth surface implants was significantly lower than that of SLA, TiUnite, RBM surface implants. The effects of age and gender were not significant (χ2=2.97,P=0.08). The 10-12 mm implants demonstrated higher failure rates than that of implants with other lengths.

Conclusions

Implants with rough surfaces should be used as far as possible. Age and gender has no significant correlation with periimplantitis. The effect of implant length on peri-implantitis is not sure.
