目的
探讨微种植体配合Ⅲ类颌间牵引治疗高角骨性Ⅲ类错畸形病例的临床疗效。
方法
选取高角骨性Ⅲ类错 畸形病例20 例,分为微种植体支抗组(采用微种植体支抗结合Ⅲ类颌间牵引)和常规支抗组(采用常规Ⅲ类颌间牵引),测量矫治前后的X 线头颅侧位片并将结果进行配对t 检验,评估疗效。
结果
微种植体支抗组U6-PP、U6-SN、SN-MP、FH-MP、Y 轴均未发生明显变化,而常规支抗组U6-PP、U6-SN、SN-MP、FH-MP、Y 轴有不同程度的增大。
结论
微种植体支抗在进行Ⅲ类颌间牵引的过程中能有效的控制高角患者的垂直高度,防止下颌骨顺时针旋转。
Objective
To evaluate the treatment effects of microscrew implant anchorage on Class Ⅲ malocclusion with high angle.
Methods
Totally twenty cases of Class Ⅲ high angle malocclusions were chosen and classified into two groups. The experimental group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage combining with Class Ⅲelastics while the control group was treated with Class Ⅲelastics without microscrew implant. Lateral cephalometric radiographs of pretreatment and posttreatment were detected and statistically analyzed using student t test.
Results
There were no significant changes in the distance of U6-PP as well as the angles of U6-SN, SN-MP, FH-MP and Y axis in the experimental group compared with the control group in which the changes increased.
Conclusion
It is effective to use microscrew implant anchorage with Class Ⅲelastics to control the vertical height of mandible and prevent it from rotating clockwisely.
