目的

评价纳米填料复合树脂抛光后表面粗糙度及微结构。

方法

4 种纳米填料复合树脂制备成7 mm×7 mm 试件,在一致的条件下抛光后测定表面粗糙度,并与同样条件下抛光后的微填料复合树脂Z250 比较。使用扫描电镜(SEM)及原子力显微镜(AFM)观察表面性状。

结果

纳米填料复合树脂表面粗糙度较混合微填料树脂Z250 低(P <0.01),前者中Z350 和Grandio 较Ceram·X Duo 和Majesty 低(P <0.05)。SEM 观察结果显示,与混合微填料树脂Z250 比较,纳米填料复合树脂表面质地均匀,填料颗粒脱落造成的凹坑小而少。AFM 下可见纳米填料复合树脂高出基准平面的颗粒或低于基准平面的凹坑的平均高度较混合微填料树脂Z250 小 (P <0.01); 在纳米填料复合树脂中Z350 和Grandio 较Ceram·X Duo 和Majesty 小(P <0.05)。

结论

纳米填料复合树脂较微填料复合树脂具有更光滑均质的微表面和更低的表面粗糙度,纳米填料复合树脂中Z350 和Grandio 具有更光滑均质的微表面。

Objective

To evaluate the surface roughness and texture of 4 types of nanofilled dental restorative composite resins after polishing.

Methods

Four nanofilled composite resins (Z350, Ceram·X Duo, Grandio and Majesty) were selected to be polished with the same procedures, and were compared with a micro-hybrid composite resin, Z250.Surface roughness(Ra) was measured by mechanical profilometer and atomic force microscope (AFM), surface texture was observed under a scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

Results

Ra values of the four nanofilled composite resins measured by mechanical profilometer were significantly lower than that of Z250 (P <0.01), while in the former four resins.Z350 and Grandio had lower Ra values compared to Ceram·X Duo and Majesty (P <0.01).Ra values measured by AFM were also significantly lower than that of Z250 (P <0.01).The surface textures of nanofilled dental restorative composite resins under SEM were smoother and more even than that of Z250.The pits caused by the dislocation of the filling particles were tinier and less compared with that of Z250.

Conclusions

The surface textures of the composite resins based on nano- and nanohybirdtechnology were significantly smoother than the microhybrid composite resin after polishing and the surface roughnesses were significantly lower.The surface textures of Z350 and Grandio are superior to other nanofilled dental composite resins studied.

图2 5 种复合树脂表面微结构的扫描电镜结果 A:Z350 表面质地均匀,填料与基质界限不明显,划痕较多,细而浅,填料颗粒脱出造成的凹坑较少见,可见片状脱落形成浅碟样的凹陷;B:Ceram·X Duo 表面质地较均匀,填料与基质界限较明显,表面划痕浅而宽,可见直径在1.39~3.48 μm 范围的填料颗粒均匀分布,稍高于表面,同时可见直径范围在0.17 ~2.26 μm 之间的凹坑均匀分布; C:Grandio 表面质地不均匀,填料与基质界限较明显,表面划痕少而浅,填料颗粒密集镶嵌,填料直径梯度范围大,凹坑较多大小不一; D:Majesty 表面质地较均匀,填料与基质界限不明显,表面划痕多而不规则,宽度深浅不一,不同直径的填料在表面分布不均匀,有完全均质平坦的区域,或是直径范围在0.4~1.0 μm 的填料颗粒密集的区域; E:Z250 表面均匀分布直径约0.2~2.3 μm 填料颗粒,缺损形态多样,有直径大小不等的凹坑,深度及宽度不一的划痕
