Research and discussion on polymer teaching for stomatology specialty

Abstract:

For students of stomatology specialty, this study would pay attention to rational organization of teaching contents, emphasizing key points and distinguishing between stems and branches in polymer teaching of dental material course. It should be focus on the free radical polymerization during the course of theoretical and experimental lessons. Multimedia technology,teaching models and blackboard writing are adopted with figurative language in theoretical lesson.Furthermore, important contents were selected and designed for experimental teaching in order to induce students to explain the experimental phenomena. The whole teaching process guides students to be concerned about the key contents and to link theory and practice. At last, in order to improve the teaching effects and ensure the stable and steady-increasing teaching quality, a feedback mechanism has been established to track and summarize the teaching process through questionnaire investigations for roundly promoting the level of quality-oriented polymer education in dental material course.
