Research progress of pathogen bacteria in infectious root canal and clinical measurement

Abstract:

Bacteria is the primary etiological agent in development of endodontic infections and periodontitis.Root canal therapy is generally recognized as an effective method for periodontal tissue healing through eliminating bacteria.To improve the success of root canal therapy should eliminate pathogenic microbes, residuals and bacterial toxins more effectively.This article reviewed latest researches on endodontic pathogen bacteria and clinical measurement.
