Abstract:
Objective To explore the ways of personalized nursing in the prosthesis of anterior teeth by minimal porcelain veneers.
Methods Implementing personalized nursing, including comprehensive perioperative health guidances, systematic aesthetics nursing and standard special nursing, to 58 defective anterior teeth, inferior or superior, in 43 cases, during the process of prosthesis by minimal porcelain veneers.
Results After porcelain veneers treatment, for 58 defective teeth in 43 cases, all patients were satisfied with the prosthesis with natural feature, smooth edge, and a perfect transaction will be found at the mixed zone with the prosthesis and the teeth. With following up in next 12-36 months, one was re-polished due to the sharp edge and chromatics, and one was re-veneer due to fractured by heavy occlusion.
Conclusions Personalized nursing is very helpful for the success of prosthesis of anterior teeth by minimal porcelain veneer, which contributes to the satisfied results and success rate during dental clinic treatment.
