A preliminary study on the improvement of theory teaching and clinical training in Prosthetic Dentistry

Abstract:

Prosthetic Dentistry is a discipline combined with scientific theories and clinical training, which sets a high standard for dental students to meet both in theory and practice. Effective teaching in Prosthodontics could enhance the understanding of basic theoretical knowledge and improve the outcome of clinical training. Yet, there are some problems with regard to dental education in Prosthodontics. In this article, how to improve and reinforce theory teaching and clinical training in Prosthetic Dentistry is to be discussed.
