Abstract:

Objective

To study the nursing skills in the treatment of patient after surgery of the vascular ilium transplantation of mandibular defect repair.

Methods

The clinical nursing data of 23 cases which all use belt rotary iliac deep arteriovenous ilium muscle flap transplantation mandibular defect repair after surgery were retrospective analysized， and the nursing points during the operation was summarized.

Results

Twenty three cases had successful operation through sufficient preparation before and after operation， Vascular contraction were not found， vascular anastomosis smoothly without vascular crisis after operation in 23 patients with attention to maintaining body temperature and aseptic technique after operation.

Conclusions

Vascular ilium transplantation with mandibular defect repair is sophisticated operation， sufficient preoperative preparation and post operation cooperation is an important guarantee for the smooth operation， maintain a constant body temperature to ensure the quality of vascular anastomosis operation.
