Abstract:
Objective
Stomatological hospitals are characterized by a rapid turnover of outpatient instruments for the right person for a special purpose, serving the function of preventing crossinfection and maintaining sanitation. This study is aim to practice and reflection on the integrated managing mode in instruments of stomatological hospital.
Methods
We organized physical distribution staff to prioritize and further modified daily workload in relation to instruments received and dispatched from disinfecting supply division to different departments.
Results
Results showed that the integrated managing mode ensured instruments timely receiving and dispatching, improved cleaning quality, and greatly reduced the indirectly nursing time.
Conclusion
The integrated managing mode meets the need for instrument indivedualination, and may serve as a feasible way for better controlling manpower cost and sharing human resource.
