口腔科临床诊疗中气溶胶污染有导致呼吸道传染病院内交叉感染的潜在风险。本文通过纵向文献综述,说明在口腔科环境下,绝大多数呼吸道传染病的气溶胶传播途径是机会性的,因此可防可控。同时横向综合了美国、澳大利亚和世界卫生组织的牙科感染防控措施,为制定我国的口腔感染防控策略提供参考。

There is always a concern regarding the aerosol transmission of respiratory tract infections in dental clinics. Here we provide evidence through literature review that for most respiratory pathogens, aerosol transmission, if possible, is opportunistic, therefore can be controlled and prevented effectively. A summary of infection control guidelines issued by the World Health Organization as well as the governments of the United States and Australia is made for the reference of Chinese dental professions.
