自2019年12月出现并迅速加剧的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,简称新冠肺炎)疫情对我国人民生命健康造成了巨大的威胁。为应对此次疫情,全国各地先后启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应。严峻的新冠肺炎疫情,对口腔黏膜疾病门诊患者的常规诊疗与危急重症患者的处理,患者的居家自我管理与监测以及现场门诊就医的指引提出了新的挑战。本文结合最新文献报道和中山大学附属口腔医院就相关问题采用的防控经验与疾病管理策略,对以上问题做出思考并提出建议,希望能够引发口腔临床医师对诸如新冠肺炎类重大疫情防控期间如何开展口腔黏膜疾病的诊疗进行思考,以期更好地对患者进行疾病的监控、居家管理与现场就医指引。

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) , which has been rapidly spreading since December 2019, has posed a great threat to the health and life of our people. In response to the epidemic, all over the country has launched a major public health emergency level Ⅰ response. In such a severe COVID-19 epidemic situation, it is new challenges to deal with the routine diagnosis and treatment of patients with oral mucosal diseases, especially the critical patients, to do a good job in patients′ home management and monitoring, and to manage the outpatients. Based on the cognition of COVID-19 and the disease control strategy, the authors have made some considerations and suggestions for the above problems, hoping to initiate the oral clinicians on how to carry out the diagnosis and treatment of oral mucosal diseases during the prevention and control of COVID-19. What we have done is to better carrying out the disease monitoring, home management and on-site medical guidance for patients.
