牙科消毒器械派送箱的设计与应用

目的

研究自行设计的牙科消毒器械派送箱能否减少医疗器械集中消毒与供应过程中纸塑袋破损、错派的发生率以及节省派送时间。

方法

利用长短隔板以及椅位标签对派送箱加以划分标记，统计2015年5—8月中山大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓病科应用派送箱前后各2个月内派发每百件器械的纸塑袋破损率、派发分钟数及派发错误率，利用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。

结果

使用派送箱前后纸塑袋破损率分别为0.50%和0.14%（t= 2.14，P<0.05），分发时间分别为7.70和4.60 min（t= 2.02，P<0.05），分发错误率分别为1.00%和0.12%（t= 2.69，P<0.01）。

结论

牙科消毒器械派送箱的应用能明显减少纸塑袋破损率和派送错误率，节省派送时间。无菌派送箱的使用方便临床器械的派发和管理，适用于口腔各专科门诊及全科门诊，值得在临床上推广运用。

Objective

To explore the possibility of the self-designed dental disinfection equipment delivery box in lowering the occurrence rate of broken Paper-Poly Pouch and misdelivery, and saving delivery time.

Methods

Delivery boxes were divided and marked with some long and short partition plates and seat labels. The breakage rate, the time of distribution and the error rate of distribution of each 100 pieces of equipment in two months before and after the application of the delivery box were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 (May to August 2015, Department of Operative Dentistry and Endodontics, Hospital of Stomatology, Sun Yat-sen University) .

Results

The application of the delivery box of dental disinfection equipment can substantialy reduce the breakage rate, the error rate of distribution and save the time of distribution. The breakage rate was significantly lowered from 0.50% to 0.14% (t= 2.14, P<0.05) , while the time of distribution was saved from 7.70 to 4.60 min (t= 2.02, P<0.05) , whereas the error rate of distribution was significantly reduced from 1.00% to 0.12% (t= 2.69, P<0.01) .

Conclusions

The application of sterile delivery box was convenient for the distribution and management of clinical instruments, and also suitable for specialist and general clinic. Thus, it may be applicable in clinic.
