目的

探讨较为适合口腔修复专科门诊医生的工作站设计构想，为开发出相应应用程序提供框架，进而推动修复科乃至整个医院的信息化建设。

方法

在掌握本医院门诊信息系统并熟练运用的基础上，结合口腔修复科的临床工作经历，归纳口腔修复专科对于电子信息系统的需要，设计口腔修复专科门诊医生工作站。

结果

本研究提出了适合本医院口腔修复科的门诊医生工作站的设计构想，该构想涵盖多媒体化电子病历记录、填充临床路径表单和重点技术表单一步到位，预约复诊信息统一存入系统，科室耗材统一管理等多项功能，不仅将为医患双方提供时间和空间上的便利，还将提升口腔修复专科门诊信息化管理的质量和效率。

结论

本研究提出了目前较为适合口腔修复专科的门诊医生工作站的设计构想，为口腔专科进一步深化电子信息建设提供参考。

Objective

For better outpatient information management of oral prosthodontic department， we propose a conception of outpatient medical workstation.

Methods

Based on the hospital information system （HIS）， a computerized patient records （CPR） system which has been applied in our hospital， we reviewed and summarized the special requirements for the outpatient medical workstation for oral prosthodontic department.

Results

We have managed to build the frame of outpatient medical workstation for oral prosthodontic department.

Conclusion

Our study gives an example for other departments of hospital of stomatology to establish a highly informationized management mode， which could not only help to control the medical quality but also improve the management efficiency.
