对PBL 教学模式在口腔颌面外科临床实习教学中的应用进行初步探索。 就新时期口腔颌面外科临床实习教学特点，PBL 教学具体实施方法，教学过程中的体会及亟待解决的问题等方面进行探讨。 为PBL 教学模式在口腔颌面外科临床实习教学中的应用提供了经验。

关键词: PBL 教学, 口腔颌面外科, 临床实习, 教学改革

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of problem based learing（PBL） in clinical practice teaching of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.The characteristics of clinical practice teaching of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the new period， the method of the implementation， the experience and problems during the implementation were analyzed and discussed.This study is helpful for the application of PBL in clinical practice teaching of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
