目的

研究安氏Ⅱ类1 分类错患者治疗前的头颅侧位片,分析不同垂直骨面型的Ⅱ类患者切牙唇倾度的异同,从而指导临床的错诊断、设计、治疗以及预后判断。

方法

选取安氏Ⅱ类1 分类错成人患者149 例,治疗前拍摄头颅侧位片,根据前颅底平面与下颌平面的夹角(SN/MP)将其分为3 组,进行测量后分析各组切牙唇倾度差异。

结果

3 组样本切牙唇倾度不同。 高角组上切牙较为直立,低角组下切牙较为唇倾,差异有统计学意义。

结论

在安氏Ⅱ类1 分类错患者中,垂直骨面型不同,切牙唇倾度也不尽相同,在临床中应针对矢状骨面型以及垂直骨面型共同分析,从而获得完善的治疗效果。

Objective

The study was to investigate the incisor inclination of Angle's class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with different vertical facial types.

Methods

The sample consisted of 149 Angle's class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion patients in our dental clinic. All of patients were divided by SN/MP angle in three groups. The pre-treatment cephalometric films were applied to assess the incisor inclination. 8 parameters were evaluated.

Results

In Angle's class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion, the incisor inclination were different in various vertical facial types. In high angle patients, the upper incisors were more upright, whereas in low angle patients, the lower incisors were more proclined.

Conclusions

In Angle's class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion, the incisor inclination were different in various vertical facial types. We should combine the vertical and sagital skeletal types for satisfied treatment results.
