东莞地区瓷修复临床比色状况分析

目的

通过调查东莞市区部分口腔医疗机构比色板使用情况,为加强医技沟通、提高瓷修复体配色成功率提供调查基础。

方法

2010 年2 月1 日至2010 年8 月31 日对东莞市区部分口腔医疗机构共156 名口腔全科或修复专科医生进行问卷调查,内容包括比色板使用情况、比色技巧掌握程度及医技沟通情况等,对调查结果进行统计分析。

结果

34.5%受访者使用Vitapan 3D-Master 比色板,24.3%使用Vitapan Classical 比色板,39.4%同时使用以上两种比色板;58.4%受访者不能正确使用Vitapan 3D-Master 比色板;46.9%受访者从未或极少与技师就修复体颜色进行沟通。

结论

比色板在东莞市区口腔医疗机构使用广泛;但口腔医生未正确掌握比色板使用方法及缺乏医技沟通技巧,可能对瓷修复体颜色匹配产生不良影响。

Objective

To investigate the shade selection practice in dental clinic in Dongguan, Guangdong province, and to enhance mutual communication between the dentists and the dental technicians.

Methods

Questionnaire surveys were conducted to 156 dental clinicians of some dentistry institutions of Dongguan during the period from Feb 1st, 2010 to Aug 31st,2010. Survey projects included the usage of the shade guide, the practice of shade matching skills and the communication between the dentists and the dental technicians.

Results

In the 156 survey participants, 34.5% of dentists used Vitapan 3D-Master shade guide for shade selection,24.3% preferred Vitapan Classical shade guide, while 39.4% used both. 58.4% participants applied Vitapan 3D-Master shade guide in an inappropriate way, and 46.9% never or rarely communicated with dental technicians about color matching problems.

Conclusions

Shade guides were widely used by dentists in Dongguan. However, improper use of the shade guide and a lack of communication with the dental technicians might have adverse effects on color selection for ceramic restorations.
