目的
基于Mimics 医学图像处理系统的CT 法快速建模新思路,建立几何相似性好、可灵活组装的修复倾斜磨牙的精密附着体义齿三维有限元模型。
方法
以牙列完整的成人下颌骨为标本,进行螺旋CT 扫描后将图像传输至Mimics 系统进行三维重建,在运用FreeForm 对三维模型进行修改后,运用ANSYS 10.0 对三维模型进行网格划分,建立有限元模型。
结果
探索基于Mimics、FreeForm 软件的快速建模新方法;获得几何相似性好、可拆卸的精密附着体义齿修复倾斜磨牙的三维有限元模型。
结论
应用高精度螺旋CT 成像、Mimics、FreeForm 和ANSYS 相结合的方法建立精密附着体义齿修复倾斜磨牙三维有限元模型是切实有效和可行的。
Objective
To explore a new method to construct the three-dimensional finite element model of tilted abutment with precision attachment fixed denture (PAD) using Materialise's interactive medical image control system (Mimics).
Methods
The mandible with full-arch teeth was scanned with spiral CT and the images were transferred into the Mimics 10.01 software to obtain the three-dimensional images. The FreeForm software was employed to modify the three-dimensional model. The ANSYS 10.0 software was used to mesh the three-dimensional model and to establish the finite element model.
Results
A detachable three-dimensional finite element model of tilted abutment with PAD was constructed analogously and rapidly based on Mimics and FreeForm software, which could be flexibly reassembled.
Conclusions
The method of constructing the three-dimensional finite element model of tilted abutment with PAD is feasible and effective. The geometrical analogy of the model is greatly improved by using high-definition spiral CT, Mimics, FreeForm and ANSYS software.
