目的
探讨Twin-block 矫治器（TB）矫治年轻成人下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1 类错 的矫治效果。
方法
选取11 例下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1 错的年轻成人，采用Twin-block 矫治器（TB）以及固定矫治器双期矫治。 对治疗前后测量结果进行统计学分析。
结果
经TB 治疗后，所有患者Ⅱ1 错得到有效矫治：磨牙中性，覆、覆盖正常，侧貌面型明显改善。
结论
Twin-block矫治器可以有效矫治年轻成人下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1 错，能使边缘性病例避免正颌手术。
Objectives
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of treatment Angle class Ⅱdivision Ⅰwith mandibular retraction in young adults with Twin-block appliance and fixed appliance.
Methods
11 cases of Angle class ⅡdivisionⅠwith mandibular retraction were included. All subjects were treated with Twin-block appliance and fixed appliance without extraction. Cephalograms were taken before and after treatment. Cephalometric analysis was conducted to evaluate the treatment effects. Student's t test was used to determine the effect on jaw changes， teeth movement and profile changes before and after treatment.
Results
After treament， ClassⅠmolar relationship was achieved in all subjects. Skeletal and soft tissue facial profile convexity were reduced.
Conclusion
Twin-block appliance is effective in the treatment of Angle class ⅡdivisionⅠmalocclusion with mandibular retraction in young adults. It is suggested that this treatment method could be an alternative to orthognathic surgery in borderline Class Ⅱcases.
