颈部坏死性筋膜炎的诊断与治疗：13例报告

目的

总结归纳颈部坏死性筋膜炎（CNF）的临床表现和治疗方法，为更及时有效地治疗该类疾病提供依据。

方法

回顾性分析2012年5月至2020年1月收治的13例CNF患者的临床资料，13例均尽早手术切开+清创引流+经验性抗生素治疗，其中10例同时行气管切开术。

结果

13例患者中，治愈11例、死亡2例。治愈病例随访至少2个月以上未见复发。

结论

CNF的救治关键在于早期诊断、及时手术清创，配合大剂量强力广谱抗生素协同治疗，并加强围手术期综合支持治疗等。

Objective

To summarize the clinical presentations and treatments of cervical necrotizing fasciitis (CNF) in order to provide a better and effective way for treating CNF.

Methods

The clinical data of 13 patients with CNF were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were treated with surgical incision, drainage and empirical antibiotics as soon as possible. Among them, 11 underwent cervical incision.

Results

In the 13 patients, 11 were healed and 2 died, and no recurrence was noticed for at least 2 months.

Conclusion

The key to the treatment of CNF lies in early diagnosis, timely surgical debridement, large-dose of broad-spectrum antibiotics, and enhanced comprehensive perioperative supportive treatment.
