头颈部脉管畸形的临床表现复杂多样,大面积病变的治疗效果常令人难以满意。在现代循证医学背景下,临床医师需要结合循证医学的研究成果进行日常的临床工作实践。尽管目前有大量脉管畸形治疗的临床研究及相关报道,但由于临床试验水平参差不齐,以及对治疗效果的评价缺乏统一标准,使得临床医师很难从中选择最合适的治疗手段。本文通过对脉管畸形相关临床试验的文献证据进行回顾和分析,从而在循证医学的基础上为选择最佳治疗提供帮助。

The complexity of vascular malformations in the head and neck makes it difficult to achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect. In the modern era of evidence-based medicine, it is of vital importance for clinicians to perform the clinical practices under the guidance of evidence-based medicine. With a great number of clinical studies about the treatment of vascular malformations, however, clinicians are still confused over the choice of appropriate treatment approaches because of the diversity in study quality and outcome reports. Through systemic review of available literature about the management of vascular malformations, this study would be beneficial for doctors to choose optimal treatment pattern to manage vascular malformations on the basis of evidence-based medicine.
