目的

研究窝沟封闭前局部使用酸性磷酸氟(APF)对窝沟侧壁氟含量的影响。

方法

收集第三恒磨牙共9对18颗,随机一侧为对照组、对侧同名牙为酸性磷酸氟处理组。(1)对照组:酸蚀60 s,窝沟封闭;(2)处理组:酸性磷酸氟溶液处理4 min后,酸蚀60 s,窝沟封闭。用电子探针显微分析(EPMA)对窝沟侧壁进行点检测,所得数据进行配对t检验统计学分析。

结果

酸性磷酸氟处理组的窝沟侧壁氟含量为(0.50 ± 0.09)%,明显高于对照组含量(0.24 ± 0.12)%,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.670,P= 0.002)。

结论

窝沟封闭前局部使用酸性磷酸氟溶液,可提高窝沟侧壁氟含量。

Objective

To study the fluoride content in fissure enamel surface of permanent molars by using acid phosphate fluoride (APF) before placing pit and fissure sealant.

Methods

Nine pairs of Caries-free extracted human third molars were randomly divided into two groups with nine teeth each. One side is the control group, the symmetrical teeth on the other side is test group. In the control group, sealants were placed after enamel etching with 37% phosphoric acid. In the test group, occlusal surfaces were treated by APF for four minutes, and then sealants were placed after enamel etching with 37% phosphoric acid. After sealing, the fluoride contents in fissure enamel surface of these samples were detected by electron probe microanalysiser (EPMA) . The values of fluoride content were compared between two groups were analyzed by SPSS software.

Results

The fluoride content in fissure enamel is (0.50 ± 0.09) % in test group, and (0.24 ± 0.12) % in the control group. Statistical analysis shows the fluoride content in test group is significantly higher than that in the control group (t=-4.670, P= 0.002) .

Conclusion

Topical fluoride application before placing pit and fissure sealant can increase the fluoride content of fissure enamel.
