目的
探讨鼻内窥镜取出牙齿断根的手术方法。
方法
对在拔牙过程中断根进入上颌窦的13 例患者中的15 个牙根经鼻腔-鼻窦内窥镜下行下鼻道入路上颌窦开窗术鼻内窥镜直视下取根。
结果
13 例患者中的11 例均快速取出断根；2 例患者由于断根位于窦黏膜下未进入窦腔而未取，长期观察无不良反应。 所有患者经观察均无继发上颌窦炎及上颌窦瘘的发生。
结论
采用鼻内窥镜取根法是一种非常有效的方法。
Objective
The present study evaluate the technique of endoscopic removing of dislocated maxillary teeth roots into the maxillary sinus.
Methods
Fifteen dislocated broken teeth roots into the maxillary sinus of thirteen patients were removed by endoscope with the access from meatus nasi inferior of the maxillary sinus.
Results
Eleven out of thirteen patients were removed rapidly， another two patient's broken root was not removed since the root was located in the layer between the bone and the mucosa of sinuses. Neither maxillary sinusitis nor fistula of maxillary sinus was found in all of patients throughout the follow up.
Conclusion
Nasal endoscope is an effective way for removing of broken teeth roots in the maxillary sinus.
