目的

探讨减轻阻生智齿拔除术后肿胀的翻瓣方法。

方法

选取低位智齿阻生患者70 例,35 例采用常规角形切口翻瓣(对照组),另外35 例采用龈缘封套翻瓣法(实验组),观察两组病例术后肿胀情况。

结果

实验组肿胀百分率与对照组相比明显降低(P <0.05)。

结论

龈缘封套法翻瓣较传统术式可以明显减少患者术后肿胀的发生。

Objective

To discuss a modified flap design in order to alleviate postoperative swelling after extraction of impacted mandibular third-molar.

Methods

Seventy cases with Low-impacted mandibular third-molar teeth were selected.Routine lateral flap was performed on 35 cases.The envelope flap was performed on the other 35 cases.Degree of post-operative swelling was observed in both two groups.

Result

The percentage of swelling of experimental group is dramatically lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).

Conclusion

The envelope flap can significantly reduce post-operative swelling compare to the traditional approach in the extraction of impacted third-molar.
