目的

通过添加有机化蒙脱土到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉中,制备纳米义齿基托材料。

方法

将有机化改性后的蒙脱土(OMMT)按一定比例与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉(PMMA)混合形成PMMA/OMMT 混和粉,与牙托水调和加热固化,用透射电镜(TEM)、X 衍射(XRD)表征固化后材料的结构。

结果

含1%和3%蒙脱脱土的义齿基托材料,蒙脱土在材料中呈部分剥离型和部分插层结构。 当蒙脱土含量增加到点5%和10%时,蒙脱土在材料中主要是插层结构,无剥离型的独立硅片层,而且蒙脱土在材料中的分散性变差,发生团聚。

结论

蒙脱土在义齿基托树脂中呈纳米分散,用该方法制备的改性义齿基托材料,方便易行。

Objective

To prepare a kind of denture base nanocomposite.

Methods

Organic montormollontrite (OMMT) was prepared using montormollontrite sodium and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. OMMT powder was mixed with polymath methacrylate) (PMMA) powder to form PMMA/OMMT mixture powder. The dough of PMMA/OMMT mixture powder and Meth methacrylate liquid was processed by heating in water to form denture base nanocomposite. XRD and TEM were used to study the structure and dispersion of MMT in the PMMA matrix.

Results

The silicate layers of OMMT were exfoliated into nanometeric particles, which uniformly dispersed in the PMMA matrix. The nanocomposites of containing 1% and 3% OMMT were partially exfoliated and partially intercalated structure, while the nanocomposites of containing 5% and 10% OMMT were mainly intercalated structure.

Conclusions

Nano-montormollotrite can be observed in the denture base resin. The addtion of montormollotrite in polymeth methacrylate proves to be a good method torprepare an improved denture base materials.
