双磷酸盐性颌骨坏死目前尚无有效治疗方法,其导致的颌骨缺损修复难度较大。本文介绍了1例双磷酸盐性颌骨坏死导致的上颌骨缺损伴牙列缺失通过赝复体修复的病例,并通过对国内外文献的复习,对上颌骨缺损伴牙列缺失的修复技巧进行了分析与探讨。

Nowadays, it seems that no effective treatment was achieved for bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws, resulting in great difficulty in the rehabilitation of the jaw defect. A case was reported in this study, with a prosthetic obturator rehabilitating a maxillary defect caused by bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis. Additionally, rehabilitation approaches of maxillary defects with edentulism were reviewed.
