本文经过查阅近年来发表的国内外动物实验论文及临床研究报道,对头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者的口腔种植问题进行如下几个方面的综述:是否放疗对种植体生存率的影响,放射剂量对种植体生存率的影响,放疗后种植时机对种植体生存率的影响,种植部位对种植体生存率的影响,移植骨对种植体生存率的影响,配合高压氧治疗对种植体生存率的影响。

Based upon the literature including animal studies and clinical reports worldwide, six aspects were discussed in this article, including the survival of dental implants in the irradiated jaws of patients with oral cancer, and the effects of radiation dose, surgery time, implant site, bone augmentation and the treatment with hyperbaric oxygen on the survival rate of dental implants.
