骨劈开术联合引导骨再生(GBR)技术通常用于上颌前牙区牙槽嵴宽度为3~ 5 mm时增加牙槽嵴的宽度,以达到满意后期种植美学修复。本文报道1例上前牙缺牙区牙槽嵴宽度<3 mm病例,通过骨劈开联合GBR技术延期种植获得理想的美学修复效果。

Bone splitting technique combined with guided bone regeneration (GBR) are commonly used in maxillary anterior region with a ridge width of only 3-5 mm to increase bone volume. Here we reported a case of aesthetic implant restoration of a severely atrophic maxillary ridge, with a width of less than 3 mm, by combining bone splitting and GBR technique.
