新型LED 比色光源下口腔比色板色度值研究

目的

研究自制白光发光二极管(LED)矩阵光源光学参数及其对口腔比色版的色度值影响,为研发便携式LED 口腔比色光源提供数据参考。

方法

采用波长主峰为450 ~470 nm 单晶GaN 蓝光LED 矩阵,在其表面涂覆稀土钇铝石榴石(YAG)荧光粉并使用一定比例硅酸盐红色荧光粉调节色温的方法制作色温接近5500 K 的连续光谱白光光源。 使用4π 结构积分球测试LED 光源光学指数并了解其与D55 标准照明体的拟合程度。 并将此光源与人工日光D65 标准光源作对照,观察二者对各3 块口腔常用Vita 3D Master 和Vita Classia 比色板CIE L*、a*、b*色度值的影响,并用ΔE*94 值对差别进行比较。

结果

自制白光LED 光源光通量φ=389.90 lm,色品坐标x=0.3342、y=0.3335,色温Tc=5453 K,主波长λd=600.2 nm,峰值波长λp=455.0 nm,半宽度Δλp=25.6 nm,显色指数Ra=95.3。 3 块VITA 3D Master 和VITA Classial 上同一色标L*、a*、b*均值在同一光源下两两比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。 不同光源下VITA 3D Master 和VITA Classial 各色标间色差ΔE*94 均值分别为1.58 和0.96 NBS。

结论

自制白光LED 矩阵光源达到D55 标准照明体的色温和显色指数要求,能作为重组日光光源以替代自然日光应用于口腔临床。

Objective

Optical parameters of a self-developed white Light-Emitting Diode(LED)array are measured to understand their impacts on colour values of shade guide for dental application. It is to provide data reference for portable LED shade guide light source.

Methods

White light source with continuous spectrum having 5500 K colour temperature is maded by coating yttrium aluminate garnet(YAG) on the surface of GaN LED array, which has emission wavelength at 450 ~470 nm range, and using certain percentage red phosphor silicate for colour temperature tuning. Optical parameters of such LED are measured by an integrating sphere with 4π structure. The results are compared with that of D55 standard light. This LED light source is also compared with D65 standard light by observing their impacts to CIE L*, a*, b*colour values of three commonly dental used Vita 3D Master and Vita Classia shade guide. Their differences of ΔE*94 are compared.

Results

The result shows the self-developed LED light source has optical flux φ=389.90 lm, chromaticity coordinates x=0.3342, y=0.3335, colour value Tc=5453 K, emission wavelength λd=600.2 nm, peak wavelength λp=455.0 nm, half-width Δλp=25.6 nm, colour rending index (CRI) Ra=95.3. The same mean colour value of L*, a*, b*of three VITA 3D Master and VITA Classial under the same light source has no statistical differences. The colour differences, which are mean ΔE*94, of VITA 3D Master and VITA Classial under different light sources are 1.58 NBS and 0.96 NBS,respectively.

Conclusions

Self-developed LED light array meets requirement of both colour temperature and CRI of D55 standard light. Therefore, it can be used on dental application to replace natural sun light as a reconstructed light source.
