先天性纤维肉瘤是发生于5 岁以下个体的一类少见的软组织恶性肿瘤。本文报道1 例左侧头颈部巨大先天性纤维肉瘤患者，通过对该病例的临床表现、影像学特点、治疗及病理结果的报道，结合相关文献进行讨论、分析，以了解该病的诊疗现状。

关键词: 先天性纤维肉瘤

Congenital fibrosarcoma is a rare soft tissue malignant tumor that usually presents in the children under the age of 5. This paper reports a case of huge congenital fibrosarcoma of left hand and neck and reviews the relevant literatures regarding to the clinical，radiographic and pathological features to cognize the current diagnostic and therapeutic situation.
