目的
探讨脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片（ADM）用于口腔黏膜组织缺损修复的临床效果。
方法
选择口腔黏膜组织缺损患者36 例，采用ADM 修复，就临床效果作回顾性分析。
结果
经过手术治疗，1 ～4 d 患者手术部位有轻微的疼痛感，局部组织有轻度水肿，但没有出现发热、感染等症状，手术创面无明显疼痛感以及肿胀感，轻度至重度影响进食。 所有患者均康复出院，随访无排斥反应；术后对患者进行随访，无不良主诉，术后随诊4 ～6 个月，全部患者ADM 移植修复区创面愈合良好，切除黏膜部位的修复移植物状态与正常组织黏膜一样，无异常发生。
结论
ADM 应用于中小型口腔黏膜组织缺损简化了手术，临床疗效满意。
Objective
The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of aeellular dermal matrix （AMD） used in the rehabilitation of oral mucosa defection.
Methods
From 2009 to 2011，36 patients diagnosed as oral mucosa defection were repaired with AMD，and the clinical effect was analyzed.
Results
Mild pain and mild local edema without fever or infection were detected at day 1 to day 4 after treatment，which affected the chewing function of patients. No adverse complain was reported during 4-6 months postoperative follow-up of 29 cases with oral tissue patch graft for wound healing reparation.
Conclusion
AMD used in the repair of oral mucosa defection could predigest the operation and get satisfying results.
