分期治疗实性型成釉细胞瘤的初步疗效观察

目的

探讨实性型成釉细胞瘤分期治疗的可行性。

方法

对13 例实性型成釉细胞瘤患者采取分期手术治疗，一期采用刮除术加开窗术治疗，二期手术去除残余组织并磨除相邻骨质，术后定期X 线片追踪观察疗效。

结果

13 例患者中3 例患者一期手术后失访。 10 例经术后1 ～4 年追踪观察，9 例效果满意，原肿瘤区骨质恢复良好，未见复发，1 例患者在二期手术后24 个月复发。

结论

实性型成釉细胞瘤采用分期治疗法确切可行。

Objective

To investigate the feasibility of staging surgical treatment of solid ameloblastoma， the effect of staging surgical treatment for solid ameloblastoma was obseerved.

Methods

13 cases of solid ameloblastoma were treated with two stages surgery， enucleation and decompression at the first stage and resection of residual tissue and adjacent bone in the second stage. The effect of treatment was observed by regular following-up X-ray examination after surgery.

Results

3 patients lost to following-up after the first stage surgery. 10 patients were followed-up 1-4 years postoperation. 9 patients accquired satisfactory effects with the good recovery of the bone in density and contour without recurrence. One patient recurred 24 months later after the second stage surgery.

Conclusion

The staging surgical treatment is precise and feasible for solid ameloblastoma.
