目的

探讨失神经对于下颌骨骨密度和高度的影响。

方法

对34 例单侧下牙槽神经、舌神经及颊神经缺失的患者,使用标准化数字式曲面体层机,分别于术前1 天和术后1 个月、6 个月、1 年、2 年和3 年摄取标准化数字式全景片,分别测量失神经侧和正常侧的下颌骨的高度和密度。

结果

手术前失神经组和正常组的灰度值差异无统计学意义,术后6 个月、1 年、2 年和3 年,失神经组的灰度值明显低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 手术前失神经组和正常组的下颌骨高度差异无统计学意义,术后1 年、2 年和3 年失神经组的下颌骨高度明显低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

下颌神经去除后,下颌骨密度和高度比手术前均显著降低,影响了骨质的代谢。 标准化数字式曲面体层片作为临床上检测下颌骨骨密度和骨高度是简单而高效的。

Objective

To discuss the effect of denervation to the height and density of the mandible in.

Methods

Thirty four cases received surgical avulsion of inferior alveolar nerve,lingual nerve and buccal nerve was included, Digital panoramic X-ray films was used for measuring density and height of mandible on both sides at 1 day before operation and 1 month,half of years, 1 year, 2 year and 3 year after the operation seperately.

Results

The density and height of mandible in both the denervation and control groups had no significant difference before operation. Mandible density of the operated side was significantly reduced in all the patients after half an year, 1 year, 2 year and 3 year postoperatively. Statistical analysis showed P<0.05. The mandible height of the operated side was significantly reduced in all patients at 1 year, 2 years and 3 years after the operation. Statistical analysis showed P<0.05.

Conclusions

Height and density of mandible was significantly reduced after mandible nerve lost. It maybe works through affecting the mandible metabolism. Standard digital panoramic tomogram is a simple and effective way for measuring the density and height of the mandible.
