低温保存技术在牙齿自体移植中的应用研究

正畸拔除牙齿的保存与自体移植有助于患者最大限度保留自身牙体组织,低温保存技术使其成为可能。本文拟从低温保存技术在口腔中应用的历史发展, 低温冷冻保存方法的研究及其对牙体组织的影响等方面做一总结。

In order to achieve ideal profile and occlusion, orthodontist always need to extract some teeth which are without caries.If these teeth were preserved to establish tooth bank and used to restore tooth absence site in future or used for immediate transplantation, thus,cryopreservation of teeth can create new possibilities.This review article summarize the background and technology of cryopreservation in field of stomatology, influence of cryopreservation on teeth and so on.
