自体带软骨肋骨移植重建下颌骨髁状突已是较成熟的方法,被广泛采用,但是由于移植后的带肋软骨肋骨的生长既可能是改建适应也可能是增长不足、过度增长、吸收减小等情况,具有不可预测性。目前认为其发生机制与肋软骨的长度、颌骨的运动和负重及患者年龄等有关,但无一能圆满解释之。 现就近年来关于带软骨肋骨移植的后续反应及原因的研究情况作一综述。
