目的

探讨牙周疾病与早产的关系。

方法

采用巢式病例对照研究设计，对480 名孕产妇进行随访观察和配对病例对照研究，配对Logistic 回归分析方法分析早产和牙周疾病的关系。

结果

牙周病组孕产妇的早产发生率为27.5%，非牙周病组为5.42%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。 牙周病组发生早产的优势比为4.67。

结论

牙周病是造成早产的危险因素之一。

Objective

To study the relationship between premature delivery and periodontal diseases.

Methods

A nested case control study was carried out in 480 pregnant women to compare the pre-term delivery rate between the periodontal disease and non- group.Then， paired case-control study and conditioned logistic regression were applied to analyze the relationship between premature delivery and periodontal diseases.

Results

Pre-term delivery occurred in 27.5% of women associated with periodontal diseases while only 5.42% in nonperiodontal disease group. Pregnant women with periodontal disease had a higher frequency of preterm delivery（P＜0.01）， the odds ratio（OR） being 4.67.

Conclusion

Periodontal diseases was one of the risk factors to premature delivery.
