目的
探讨3 种人工骨在自体牙移植中应用的临床效果及影响因素。
方法
选择年龄16 ～54 岁，第一或第二磨牙缺失或残根，口腔内同时有能完整拔出无功能的第三磨牙患者96 例，患牙103 颗，分A、B、C 3 组。拔出供牙，体外根管预备充填，拔除患牙，制备受牙区牙槽窝，植入供牙后，根周骨腔分别填塞BAM、Bio-Oss 和PerioGlas 人工骨，缝合、结扎固定，术后6、12 和24 个月复查、观察临床效果并记录牙周指数。
结果
3 组牙移植术后6 个月因松动A 组拔出2 颗，B 组和C 组各拔除1 颗；术后1 ～2 年复查A 组再拔除3 颗，C 组拔除1 颗；3 组其余移植牙各项牙周指数无明显差异，咀嚼功能基本正常。
结论
3 种人工骨用于自体牙移植临床效果接近，2 年复查牙周指数无明显差异。
Objective
To compare and analyse clinic effects of three sorts of artificial bone on teeth autotransplatation with in 2 years.
Methods
Lost or residual roots of 103 first or second molar in 96 patients with age range from 16 ～54 years old in out-patient were selected and divided into three groups three sorts of artificial bone were applied separately when doing teeth auto-translatating.Periodontal indexs and targets of all teeth of autotransplatation teeth were recorded and analysed after 6，12 and 24 months post-operatively.
Results
Periodontal indexs and other targets of all autotransplatation teeth excepte for 8 teeth extracted after surgical operation two years later， did not show significant difference.
Conclusion
Clinical effects of the three kinds of artificial bone posses similar outcomes within the 2 years post-operative clinical study.
