牙龈乳头亦称牙间乳头,呈锥形充满于相邻两牙接触区龈方的龈外展隙中。种植义齿要获得与天然牙相协调的美观效果,牙龈乳头是其中不可或缺的一部分,而种植义齿受到局部各种因素的影响后,牙龈乳头容易低平,形成牙间的"黑三角"影响美观,在前牙区尤为明显。本文就解决种植义齿中"黑三角"问题的研究进展作一综述。

Gingival papilla, also called interdental papilla, is filled in gingival embrasures of contact zone of two adjacent teeth that is in the gingival side. In order to get aesthetic effect as the natural teeth, gingival papilla is of great importance. However, the implant denture will be influenced by a variety of local factors that a gingival papilla is flatted easily, and form a black triangle that will affect asthetic appearance, especially in the anterior region. In this article, recent researches on how to resolve the problem of black triangle in the implant denture are reviewed.
