外伤性年轻恒牙脱位性损伤常见于儿童和青少年。造成年轻恒牙脱位性损伤的因素繁多,类型复杂,甚至易发生牙全脱位性损伤,影响儿童及青少年牙颌面发育与心理健康,危害较大。急性诊疗过程中及时正确地诊断、制定治疗计划、随访和记录对脱位性外伤牙的预后十分关键。本文重点参考2020年国际牙外伤学会制定的最新准则(IADT指南),对年轻恒牙脱位性损伤的诊断要点、治疗原则和预后进行详细阐述,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。

Traumatic dislocation of young permanent teeth is common in children and adolescents. It may be caused by many factors and divided into several types. Total dislocation injury has a high incidence, and affects the dental and maxillofacial development and mental health of children and adolescents. Timely and correct diagnosis, treatment plan, follow-up and record are very important for the recovery of dislocated traumatic teeth. In this article, the diagnostic key points, treatment principles and prognosis of dislocation injury of young permanent teeth were elaborated by mainly referring to the latest criteria formulated by the International Association of Dental Trauma in 2020 (IADT guidelines), in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
