目的

评价二极管激光治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的疗效。

方法

电子检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普资讯、Medline、CENTRAL、EMBASE和PubMed数据库,检索时间截止至2018年7月,收集有关二极管激光治疗RAU的临床随机对照试验。文献筛选并提取数据后采用Revman 5.3.3进行Meta分析。

结果

最终纳入文献11篇,涉及877例患者。Meta分析显示,RAU患者接受二极管激光治疗后疼痛症状的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均较对照组患者明显降低(WMD= 2.76,Z= 3.91,P<0.001),临床有效率明显高于对照组(OR= 4.97,Z= 7.99,P<0.001),溃疡愈合时间也明显缩短(WMD=-2.44,Z= 4.14,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。

结论

二极管激光能够显著缓解RAU患者的临床症状,缩短愈合时间,具有较好的治疗作用。

Objective

To assess the effect and safety of diode laser treatment for recurrent aphthous ulcer.

Methods

The electronic search was conducted in CBM, CNKI, Medline, CENTRAL, EMBASE and PubMed database (from the date of buiding the database to July, 2018) . Clinical randomized controlled trials were selected which involved the targeted issue. Investigators screened out the included trials whose data were then collected and Revman 5.3.3 was applied for Meta-analysis.

Results

Eleven trials met the inclusion criteria and 877 patients were enrolled in the trials. Meta analysis showed a significantly decreased Visual Analogue Score VAS (WMD= 2.76, Z= 3.91, P<0.001) after treatment, with higher clinical efficiency (OR= 4.97, Z= 7.99, P<0.001) and shorter healing time of ulcer (WMD= -2.44, Z= 4.14, P<0.001) .

Conclusion

The evidence indicated that diode laser treatment played a positive role in remitting the clinical signs of recurrent aphthous ulcer and shortening the healing duration.
