下颌骨畸形患者的治疗计划需要依据下颌髁突的生长活性来制定。 放射性核素骨扫描检查相对于临床和传统影像学检查来说,具有准确性、灵敏性高的优点,并且能在早期判断出髁突的生长活性,从而可以较好地指导临床治疗。 国内外学者对放射性核素骨扫描技术的原理和方法、其在髁突畸形诊断与治疗中的作用、其测量值于髁突肥大治疗计划制定中的指导意义和与临床诊断方法的优劣比较等作了大量相关的研究。 本文就近年来国内外学者对该技术的研究成果作一综述。

The treatment plan of the patients with mandibular asymmetry should be drawn up based on the status of condylar growth.Compared with the clinical and traditional imaging examinations, isotope bone scaning has the advantage of higher accuracy and sensitivity.The isotope bone scaning can be used to evaluate the status of condylar growth in the early stage,so that it is helpful for treatment planing in the patient with the mandibular asymmetry.Scholars have done a lot about the principles of the isotope bone scaning and application in the diagnosis and treatment of condylar hyperplasis, as well as the differences among various kinds of scanning methods.In this article, the authors reviewed the outcomes of isotope bone scaning.
