目的
研究EB 病毒（EBV）与逆行性牙髓炎的相关性。
方法
应用巢式聚合酶链反应（nPCR）技术，检测30 例逆行性牙髓炎患者和30 例健康对照者牙髓组织中的EBV，比较分析它们的检出率。
结果
30 例逆行性牙髓炎患者的EBV 检出率为36.67%，显著高于健康对照者（0%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。
结论
提示EBV 与逆行性牙髓炎有相关性。
Objective
To investigate the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus（EBV）and retrograde pulpitis.
Methods
Pulp tissue samples were collected from 30 patients of retrograde pulpitis and 30 healthy subjects.The nested polymerase chain reaction （nPCR） was used to examine EBV in pulp tissue.
Results
The positive rate of EBV detected in samples which were collected from the patients with retrograde pulpitis was significantly higher percentages（36.67%） compared with that from healthy pulp controls （0%， P ＜0.01）.
Conclusions
EBV may be related to retrograde pulpitis.
