目的
探讨臭氧水对牙周可疑致病菌伴放线放线杆菌(Aa)的灭活效果。
方法
采用悬液定量杀菌方法和和化学方法在实验室进行观察。用4、8、15 mg/L 的臭氧水分别对悬液中Aa 作用1、2、3 min。
结果
当臭氧水浓度为4 mg/L 对悬液中Aa 没有杀灭作用。当臭氧水浓度为8 mg/L 时,对悬液中Aa 作用1 min,杀灭率为57%,当浓度上升至15 mg/L 时,对悬液中Aa 作用1 min,杀灭率上升至98%,而延长杀菌时间至3 min,杀菌率维持在97% ~99%。
结论
在25℃的室温条件下,臭氧水浓度达到15 mg/L,臭氧水温控制在15℃~18℃时对悬液中Aa 有快速、有效的杀灭作用。
Objective
To observe the germicidal effect of ozonated water on Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa).
Methods
Quantitative germicidal test were used.The ozonated water at concertration of 4, 8 and 15 mg/L was used to inactivate Aa in the suspension for 1, 2 and 3 min.
Results
The average killing rates of Aa in suspension exposed to the ozonated water at concertration of 8 mg/L and 12 mg/L for 1 min were 57.04% and 98.39% respectively.When the sterilization time was extended to 3 min, the killing rate between 97.17% and 99.19% could be achieved.
Conclusion
At room temperature of 25℃, 15 mg/L ozonated water at 15℃to 18℃produce efficient and rapid inactivation of Aa in suspension.
